So for something like this we will need a video to punish them outside of ingame commands.

Viewing the console he only killed 3 people, and multiple other CT's were killing people too. This alone doesn't prove anything. (Not that I don't believe you, but I'm not allowed to take hear-say)

If you can provide a video of him MFKing, I will gladly approve, but for now,
