SWAT made no actual attempt at arresting them nor did he pose a threat, he was simply joking/talking to them. Cole then comes out of nowhere and kills the SWAT.

Just saying- From my side of the story, i was told over the in-game-phone that my friend was in trouble. So then i figured i could help. So i loaded up my shotgun, got in my car drove over there and shot him. Wich may have looked bad from this point of view. Sorry if this was really RDM. I sincerely didn't think it was so. If you want to ban me ok. :( sorry again.
