Friend of HG

Killed two players in cells (and me) while I was asking for a repeat of the orders. Slayed him for that. Explained to him in chat (over and over) why he was slayed. Continued to argue even though another admin tried explaining it as well. Gagged him for 2 rounds. He then took to messaging admins, he was kicked. He returned and continued, so I banned him for 15 minutes to give him some time to calm down.
