Screen Shot shows that he did votekick someone when asked about it he said someone was afk then he was warned not to kick afks then he kicked another, Then I also warned him to changed his name he didnt listen

Demo shows several warnings at 0:55 , Spammed it at 2:30, Kicked by Rizon near the end of demo.
