He randomly trys to arrest me, then I start running and again continues to attempt to arrest me then eventually shoots me legs to slow me down and arrests me. [No warrant]


To be honest this guy also tried to help the police yesterday ran over a warranted man and took his glock. I've also seen him kill civilians since he blows at driving the firetruck, and pretty much I've heard many complaints about this guy.
