I was unable to get a demo but the user was clearly using an aimbot. He killed 28 people in a matter of seconds. If someone could please direct me in what to do in these situations I would appreciate it. Thanks.

the only thing we can tell you is to go to your console
put this in there: record nameofthedudehere
when you're done you put this in console: stop
then go to your c drive, program files (or program files x86) then your username on the computer, steam, steamapps, your steam name, counter strike source, cstrike.
and in that folder there's the demo you recorded.
without demo we can't do anything.

I can do demos, just wasn't sure if there was anything else to do as proof.
