He died during the raid and used jobs to break nlr.
He became a swat and help blessings.
You will say its different situations but it hasnt been a while he been a swat after he died thats definitely helping org.
In Short he abused nlr with a job

You guys killed me and I became a SWAT after I respawned. I didn't help in the raid until I saw a cop actually get shot.
