I had no gun, nor was posing a threat to him, I also believe he broke nlr because he died in the elevator I believe. Papa John HG Veteran  Wasn't able to capture until after it was over, but was around when it happened. He was in the elevator with the mayor coming down to the lobby, when the elevator door opens he saw a crowd of people ( allegedly one or two with their weapons drawn ) and opened fire on the entire crowd. He ended up killing a number of individuals without weapons, and unsure if he killed anyone with a weapon out. He ended up dying shortly thereafter, spawned, and then came back to the elevator arbitrarily firing at anyone around it before he was killed again. | |
