Look you guys hes had a rough start to this and was bored i made him read the rules fifty billion times to get back on this server he really wants back on this server. He's sorry for everything he has done and i want him back on here.Please accept this and allow him to join the server again.Please

You can be unbanned but your getting another 1 blacklist from driving, I think that's fair for what you did.
