I became a bit suspicious of the way he was bunnyhopping and I looked at the mdx_stats and it was obvious he was using hyperscroll.

Again:

Just so you and anyone else who sees this knows, you have to follow warn/kick/ban procedure for hyperscroll and auto hot key.

I did not see anyone in your demo or screenshots warn him or kick.

Next time make sure you warn and kick before banning.


DO NOT GO STRAIGHT TO BAN AFTER ONLY CHECKING MDX JUST 2 TIMES.
