I would like Tehplayer to either comment or review this as he saw his actions yesterday.

This player holds a grudge against me and threatened to cdm/rdm me at every opportunity, today he tried to random arrest me and then tried to kill me. After I got monk to look at him he then lied and said I started punching him first.
