They were not doing their jobs.

I logged in to play some perp cause I couldnt sleep, and I see a stack of people. Two police officers. One swat. One medic. One citizen. One Fireman.
Back story:
Swat goes AFK for a cigarette, then Seth trollstern and Harry Izzard trap the swat by jumping on top of him and crouching beneath him. Then, someone robs the bank, and Seth and Harry don't do anything.
They are not doing their jobs, even though they can clearly see the wanted man later in the demo.

I will post anther request about Harry.
