He was basing in the apartment below us and when a person with just a lockpick and no gun tried to raid us I killed him.he claimed RDM.So i let him in to see.Then i gave him 5 seconds to get out with a bind Key.He didnt within the 5 seconds so i killed him.he later comes back within the NLR rule and kills me from across the street.I know this is him because of the fact after i died he said "this is a dangerous neighborhood." If you slow down the demo when im falling from death you get an angle on him who is across the street with a Rifle.
