Offense: Using Exploits to gain an Advantage in game.

Glitched to instantly respawn as a T mid game once, I didn't catch it Bent did, 2nd Time around I caught him doing it red handed. Slayed him for it instead of instantly banning him telling him not to do it again. He then taunts me to ban him (screenshot), and tells everyone how to do it (demo).
