um, at the end of this demo, it clearly shows Mafia Blessing and his buddies raiding the apartments and Matthew McFap was defending his own home from raiders, this is not RDM at all

Well after watching the demo I have to say that this was a pretty silly ban considering I wasn't even asked for my side of the story. All I did was kill the blessings that were in the appartment because they were raiding mine and my friends houses. It's not like I went on a rdm spree, I was just protecting my grow op. I had no idea that I wasn't allowed to defend my own house =/

ok, so upon looking at this demo again 54000 tick the raiding starts, they then around 56000 tick they are lock picking the doors and close to 57000 tick they are stealing the Drugs. This is NOT a random kill for no reason, they raided his home and He defended it.

you need the proof that this is all a lie, it is all in the demo you posted, you guys should start watching earlier parts of the demo, this ban is a false ban and it should be lifted as Mathew McFap did nothing wrong and did not break ANY server rules by defending his property from raiders.

I did not lockpick any doors and I did not participate in the raid on the apartment that he owned. There was also another person who was orgless that he shot for no reason.

Well you are all in the same org, even if you weren't a part of the raiding you were with the main group and still posed a potential threat. There was no way for me to have known otherwise, it was better safe then sorry. Also the orgless guy was Jonkers Bob, my friend that I was basing with. I just accidentally shot him :P

you were in the apartment and you kept going back and forth checking to see if it was clear, if you were not part of the raid then you should NOT have been in the apartment. the fact that you were with the rest of the blessing would indicate that the Blessings as in YOU were raiding.

Also, in your description "Shoots me and others for no reason in apartments."

I want to bring up how you said "and others" which he shot your org which was raiding, This was a BS ban and you know it. if you are not part of the raid then you should NOT be with your org during the raid and certainly NOT in the apartment when they lock picked the door. If you were really not raiding but there during your org raiding the place, it was your own fault for dying as what do you expect to happen? Someone sees the blessing raiding, they are going to shoot any blessing standing in the group.

This needs to be re-reviewed and the ban should be lifted as this is obviously someone mad because he died.
