Nom tells everyone he wants to tell a black joke (see 2nd screenshot), he says it isn't racist, I tell him if it is racist he will be punished. Then he says (see 1st screenshot), and I kick him for implied racism, he comes back and tells me the word it sounds like and says its not racism.

I haven't taken action, I've decided to post a ban request instead
