Kicked a few people earlier for racism/ and implied racism earlier and warned them that I do not want to hear it when I read this. He wants an apology from me for kicking him and I disagree and say I'm in the wrong. I do not believe that I am wrong and neither does a few people in the game.

I don't want him banned but I want to show him that he is in the wrong

Temp banned thanks. In the future though, if the racism is not severe try starting off with a gag for the player. That way they aren't immediately removed from the server if they are still alive.
