- tick 32,500 is where he started hitting another government official with his baton, and accidentally hitting two citizens. this isn't very bad, but do you really need to abuse the baton and be an ass? I don't think so
- climbs up on the pole infront of shops tick 37,400
- tick 27,500, Sir Chill tells the mayor/police chief to warrant Chuckie for 'trying to run him over'. righttt... but myself and the other cops said on the radio that it was a false reason.
