Not 100% sure on ID, but I poked around and it stated that this is Meek Mill's A.K.A hg_impact's Steam ID.
Basically what had happened was, it was late/early (depending on where your at). We decided to have/host a fight club so we did and we went on for about an hour (first we were just street fighting but then Meek told us to move/always abides by the 'rules', he suggests depot and so we go). About an Hour later this happens...(DEMO)
