I shot you because like 5 cops were coming up in the elevator I couldn't have gotten out in time.
(you could hear it my voice "Mr.Mayor Mr.Mayor" *I then heard elevator door so I shot him*, I was going to tie him up and get him out but like I said a bunch of cops and a swat was coming up)
