not the first time hes broken the rules as cops, but i finally have proof. i was raiding his friend in subs 3 and when i heard the cops coming i put my gun away and ran off the property, when he showed up instead of talking to me, tazing me, arresting me, or warranting me, he instead decides to run up and shoot me in the face.
