They had a road block @ tunnel.. Spikes popping everyones tires that cop and mayor would not remove. This interrupted RP. ( not to mention if kigen checks logs ) that they were giving people tickets after their car was unable to move.. so they started impounding cars... So after a verbal warning. I shot the mayor. It was my decision i fully take responsibility for.

I told him remove the spikes and allow people to pass.. no one could get in or out of town.. there was crashed cars everywhere. haku ( the mayor ) should have been demoted or BL from that position. You cant just block off half the 3/4ths of the map because you think its cool.
