I don't personally see enough evidence of tracing/prefiring to justify a ban. In the future, its always better to take a longer demo rather than a shorter one for wallhackers, since it gives more proof to go off of.

Awaiting a second opinion.

demo is inconclusive. Like deathshot said please record longer demos of players unless they are extremely blatant.
