I know its not much and I don't have proof of the other freekills but he has been derping a few times already so when he freekilled again and baited super hard I was going for the tlist but right after he freekilled and got killed he dced so no action could be placed against him. Hate when they think they can avoid actions against them just by logging off.

he ended up coming back and I Was able to get him for gunplanting anyway, no demo to show it but he would go on top of cells drop his awp at the top of cell stairs and then pick up the awp ontop of cells.

Sorry proof is inconclusive. Don't be afraid to give someone a 2 hour T-list if you see them derping alot and you've already slayed or temp-locked them.
