This has been going on for at LEAST 10 rounds. was soo confused on how the t's kept getting awps without getting on top of big cage. after some investigating i found the proof I needed. this guy would delay and wait a bit before going to the top of big cage and then do what he had to do as shown in screenshot. Admin chat shows turtle slayer and other people saying about gunplanting. I tlisted this guy before for doing the same crap but this time I have my proof. This is not the first time this guy has tried it but I did not have the proof the first time.

But this guy ruined many rounds even though we warned the ct which we didn't know who to not gunplant.
