Server: CS:S Jailbreak

Had been spamming HLDJ was was muted for 5 rounds by 2 other admins

He then dc and rc to avoid admin punishments, and was then muted again by another admin

I realised that he dc and rc to avoid the mute so I !nospamm'd him and warned him not to dc to avoid admin punishments

He dc again
