First off I am not that sure if this area counts as the "unban" appeal as well as ban appeal, because the "unban Review Center".
I was banned for Shooting someone in my property "Without The Proper Warning". I did ask the person to leave and said if he didn't leave within 3 seconds I would shoot. I did not count it out aloud for I didn't think he would need me to do that for him. After the 3 Seconds was up I fired at will... But here I am, the admin who banned me also said "You have been playing for a year, this is not acceptable". Actually.. I haven't played for a year, I quit a Very long time ago (Which Back then I didn't play much) And just joined Recently, "About a week ago". I apologize if 3 seconds is not a big enough warning, It is my bad. But please reconsider giving me a perm. Ban for probably the second thing I have done wrong. Plus I just joined a week ago, so the fairness kind of drops in my perspective. Also If I was wrong about 3 seconds being enough I would like to verify that it is 5 seconds?.
