I was pulling out of the parking garage when "-hg- Smitty" opened fire on my car and blew it up. I returned fire and killed him .So I proceed to leave the garage when I was shot down and killed by "MJS-12" for no apparent reason.

were you pulling out of the garage before or after the disrespect? because i cant tell with the fuzzy video - all i see is you talking bad to someone about their choice of perp vehicle, them getting upset and trying to kill you for it. Also, what led up to the situation in the parking garage? I mean, wheres the video of BEFORE entering the parking garage? Whos to say the person shooting at you wasnt trying to chase you down and kill you, and happened to realize you were RIGHT THERE in the garage?

k. let me explain this...
1. I didn't TRY to cdm you, I was trying to pull out when you got in the way of the enterance, making me swerve to the side to avoid you.
2. If I wanted to cdm you I would of hit you & ran you over, or kept trying.
3. I would have no reason to CDM you, I have been here longer then you, people can trust me with things like this because I make sure I have a valid resson to kill someone.
4. You dont just call out attempted CDM whenever someone barely hits you with their car because you got in the way or barely misses you.
5. You need SS proof of RP_Status in console.

Ok first off you need RP status SS to prove their Id and stuff and 2nd are you kidding me with this report? The amount of disrespect you showed in the video itself is unacceptable. And acrasulter did not try to CDM you, he was pulling out of the parking garage. So either get me the RP_status SS and a demo or I will not handle this report.

You didn't give me a demo, you gave me a .mp4 file from photbucket and a youtube video. Demo files are .dem files.
