Near the end of the video, approx tick 68k You'll see Terry have the CTs and the last 3 Ts knife it out in knife arena for LR. Afterward, he lets the Ts that got LR go and shoot the CTs still in knife arena. He in fact encourages and says that after they're done killing the CTs they can LR him.

there is no rule against the LR tees killing the trapped CTs in knife arena.
