To be honest I would like to talk to you about this; I think It's highly unreasonable that I am being banned for an entire month from this server after being a member for such a long time because of a single offense ("Random car bomb") of which is my first offense in possibly months. To my understanding you would of had to issue me a warning or a temp ban of at most a single day. Also In my defense It was to my understanding that "Father Blessing" or someone within my radius had given the okay to do this after all everybody was out of role having fun and not actually trying to do anything. If everyone got shot nobody would of cared as we were not being serious in the first place. I have not got any proof of this but you could ask "Father Blessing" or anybody there to see what they heard but that is up to you as I cannot access the server. This is why I would like to see a court implemented so we can be Issued a fair trial along with a jury and witnesses as both offense and defense. If this doesn't get resolved I would like to talk to somebody in a higher position than you because I am outraged at the time period of this ban considering the terms. Thank you, |
