4. Reason: Racism, ignoring admins, and disrespecting admins

6. Comments: Ok so Oxygen changes his name to "Neal Rigger" (screenshot 1) so I warned him that if he didn't change it in 10 seconds I was kicking him for racism. I count down and he changed his name back (screenshot 2). He starts to argue with me that it was fine because it is all about "context" (screenshot 3) trying to start shit, so I warn him to drop it multiple times in chat and in admin (screenshots 4 and 5). The next round he keeps on about it by messaging the admins (screenshot 6) so I kicked him (screenshot 7). He comes back and starts to disrespect the admins (screenshots 8 and 9) again trying to start shit and still continuing even though I had already told him and kicked him to warn him to drop it, so Boxer banned him (screenshot 10) while I was getting screenshots for a ban report.

I would like to be unbanned from hellsgamers, it has been almost a year, and I have matured. I don't even really play jailbreak anymore, but I do like alot of the servers you guys have on TF2, and now I cant even play on them. I know what I did was really stupid and trollish, but come on.
