It's for Gmod dL+, since Navi is an admin. | Basically, Navi was in spectate in Nexus, and he comes out of spectate, gets his car, and runs over Kevin without any warning. Don't bring up the bullcrap where it's not enough "context". The guy came right out of spectate and ran him over. Point blank obvious. Also I didn't know you were spectating, and why would I even care if you were spectating. He was farther away from garage the second time, i beeped my horn, tried to swerve away from him and he ran into my car. That's plenty enough to tell you that he does that on purpose. It's his fault for standing in the middle of the road near the garage when I was swerving out. Plus he has a history of RDM and getting ran over on purpose.
