Sorry for this, I hadn't thought more on it since Tezzeret and I smoothed things over in admin chat, although that's no excuse to not ignore it completely. I did in-fact sm_who in console before I slayed him, but I was obviously not careful enough. The reason I did slay him though was because he was not repeating the orders even after I let him know twice in regular chat and once in admin chat, I was then killed because I didn't hear the orders, so I slayed Tezzeret for not repeating.
