      once there, you click on the purchase that is active, and a new page will load. On the right side, you should see cancel subscription or something similar.

      also if you payed with paypal I would check on Paypal's site that you canceled subscription with them too, idk why but they lept taking money out of my acct when I canceled a subs bought with paypal
