Warned several times by an admin to stop PURPOSELY breaking rules by spamming and talking over other traders.It is evident a trouble maker and is persisting to break the rules.

All I see in your demo is him mic spamming for a very short time and then him being muted. If you previously warned him and then he reconnected to avoid being muted then you should post proof of that.
