Making racist comments. Refused to stop when warned. Muted, then came back in
and started to make further comments. Tried to issue an sm_ban, but he left before
it took effect. Avoiding mute as well as trying to avoid ban.

today.dem is first demo. stopped and restarted with his steam ID.
Original profanity may not be in today.dem, but second warning and further
profanity in the xxx demo.
