    Apparently there are 3 different sets of rules to 10mans, all of which are located in 3 different places. Yet the most obvious location "Servers->Server Rules->10man" is apparently wrong

      No, that would likely not do well with the database. Not only that it would be difficult to track your rep and make sure you have enough rep to give out/etc.

    Someone needs to fix it so CT's can get T skins as guard on JB (Ak-47, Glock, SG 556 etc.)

      It's not broken, it messes with too many lrs for me to justify enabling it. For example, it'd make it really annoying for me to do Wild West Standoff since someone could get the deagle instead of the r8
