Website Template V5.1 Revisions

Upgraded forum core - for soon to be released HeLLsGamers official iPhone & Android app (Link). Cleaned up navigation. Removed duplicate navigation links. Moved partners to sidebar to declutter main navigation. Moved account login and links on top to declutter main navigation.
