Fuzzy Dice
Most of you already know about Csgo Lounge and the dangers that hide within the site, but for those of you that don't know, this is for you! Csgo Lounge is a trading and betting site that allows you to trade your csgo items with other people around the world. But as always there will be some negatives to everything! When you make a trade offer then people will try to add you on steam, but some of the people aren't real people, they are bots that want to get your account! They are fishing bots that want you to "add their friend" or "add my main account" and when you log into the fake steam they will get your steam login! But lucky you, there are ways to find these bots and report them to valve! When they try to add you they will most likely have a steam rank of 0 or 1-2 with their steam profiles private. If you add them then they will tell you to add their friends account and link you a false link! The link will be steamcommunity spelled wrong! Common misspellinigs are (steamccomunity, steamconnmunity, steamcorrmunity), these are fake sites that want you to log into the fake login so they can get your steam login and suck you dry! Sometimes if you reply then they are programmed to reply back, others are "stupid bots" like this one. It is important that you report these bots to valve! One time I encountered a bot that had "+rep, good trader" written on its fake steam profile, Dont be fooled! Another way that these bots can get you is when they make an offer on your trade. This link will require you to download the "picture". Only click on trusted screenshot sharing links like Push,Imgur,Lightshot, etc. If you have windows 8 and norton then your system will REFUSE open this file if downloaded. It is a common trap and windows 8 is on the ball. I can not say the same if you have a different operating system or antivirus. Now I hope I have educated some of you who may be new or looking into online trading sites like Csgo Lounge. This is Fuzz Fuzz signing out. 3 Quote Link to comment
MyMindIsBlank
you can also tell if theyre bots if their profile is private which is most of time and since csgo lounge requires your steam profile to be public to trade/bet Quote Link to comment
KarmaOfPain
If they add you within a second of you posting your trade, they are most likely a bot. 1 Quote Link to comment

EpicSoyMilk
If you don't read through a link before clicking it, to be honest, you kind of deserve it. Quote Link to comment
RedDevil6193
If they add you within a second of you posting your trade, they are most likely a bot. This + You can always check the code to verify. Quote Link to comment

DeathShot
It disappoints me that people actually need a guide for this type of shit.. it even tells you that you're leaving steam and going to some shitty site. With that said; trimming rune armor 80k 2 Quote Link to comment

Fuzzy Dice
These bots phish me everyday, how can I make them stop? There is anti phish software out there but im not sure how well it will work with steam. Otherwise spread the word, report EVERY bot to valve, and maby they will vanish... or evolve..
