He was among other casual offenders including, but not limited to, "The Ball Pit" and "[VRS]KurDe" (but he's all right) who together may or may not constitute "multiple people" for rule #11 enforcing purposes. Its unfair for me to punish one person for something when 4 more are doing it aswell.
