I had the Razer Carcharias' a few years ago also, comfortable and good audio but bad mic and broke in a year. I've been using the Razer Kraken 7.1 for almost two years now, not a single bad thing has happened, they're the same like they were when they came out of the box. I recommend you the Razer Kraken 7.1 Chromas, they're a bit more over 100 dollars, but the mic quality is even better than on my headset (my mic is great!). It's extremely comfortable, the audio is good, and the mic is good as well.
