Here is some information about this community meeting:

When: March 13th, 2016

Where: Teamspeak 3

Time: 12 PM Pacific Standard Time (PST), 2 PM Central Time, 3 PM Eastern Standard Time (EST)

Who can participate: From Friend of HG to Vet

 

Recommended that you should be on Teamspeak 15-30 minutes prior to the Fireside Chat.

 

How the Fireside Chat will work (in order):

1. Leadership will announce certain things pertaining to our division, announcements, development, activities, etc.
   
2. The posts in this forum will be discussed from top to bottom, so make sure you get your voices heard (SEE RULES BEFORE POSTING).
   
3. Open conversation that everyone can participate in.
   

READ BEFORE POSTING (If you do not follow these rules, then most likely your post will be hidden/ignored):

• Do not discuss the promotion of mods or leadership. We are solely focusing on our division and what to do to improve so don't worry about promotions.
  
• Any bugs or plugin issues that you guys find in our servers, PLEASE POST in the right forum post via bug thread or map suggestions (this is not a bug/suggestions thread). I will link the respective links under "EXTRA LINKS".
  
• No drama allowed. If anything gets stirred up, there will be consequences (Banned from Teamspeak and possible demotion).
  
• Respect everyone's opinion, this is a team effort. If you are against an idea, try to back it up with an appropriate and well-mannered reasoning.
  
• No mic spam, if anyone is caught doing so then you will be dreamwrecked for possibly the rest of the meeting.
  
• Try to let one person talk at a time, if everyone talks at the same time, then nothing will get done. Respect other people's voices and opinions.

description: I don't have any ideas at the time of posting this but we should discuss ways to popularize the 10 man server, sort of get the opinions of everyone. We need a way(s) to popularize 10 mans outside of HG which would ultimately get more people to join. I know this is controversial among leadership but something that people prioritize in a PUG system is a good server (128 tick, good reg and stuff). The 10 man server needs to be moved to a less crowded box.

Desc.: I know that we will remove the inactive servers soon, and another 10man server would be great. we would need some way to populate (as FoxHound Said) but we defiantly have enough people to have 1 server being used frequently, but if we start to get more people another server would be great.

Description: In jailbreak there's a plugin that mutes soundclips when talking over lead, I think that same plugin should be applied to all cs:go servers (but not just leads,everyone) to where it mutes someone if they play an HLDJ/SLAM soundclip.

description: on the last fireside chat I suggested that we have a special gang TeamSpeak channel, you guys denied the idea due to metagaming, and I thought. maybe if we reach a certain gang level they should be trusted to have their own gang team speak to join and have fun in with your gang members. or maybe that there should be a bot in the channel recording 24/7 so that if the gang gets reported of suspected meta-gaming the admins can look at the bot recording.
