300 Days Last Guard

Basically just looking for some clarification (apologies if this has already been asked and dealt with):

 

I've seen a number of times at the end of 300 days in knife arena that the last CT will systematically untrap T's by unlocking the doors, kill 2 or 3 Ts, and then when they are reloading lock the doors again so the T's cant escape and repeat this process until they've killed all the T's.

 

Is this allowed, or will this count as killing trapped T's?

 

It seems to be generally accepted by admins etc. so am checking to see if this is something admins should take action against.
