What Is Alowed When It Comes To Detective Work

K,so in TTT i'm kinda known for when most players are dead,taking the amount of players that are alive(when all dead bodies are identified),eliminate all the proven guys from the eqeusion and say who's the T acording for how is alive,it's good to see if you are last,or the guy who's proven and you are last,cause well,if it's 4/3 vs 1 and you can't shot and they gang up,not as fun,1 time i did that math,Joe told me it's "Metagaming",i was realy unsure and confused,so i just want to know and be clerified what is alowed when it comes to using the elimination start or any other stratagy,what is alowed,mainly since i do that and i play often,multiple players have done that too,so i'de like if posible,to just clerift that,and if posilbe,maybe make a bar to it in rules.

You cannot determine traitors by process of elimination. they need to be proven a traitor (by being tased or committing a traitorous act).

 

You need to see that person do a KOSable act, or it is RDM.

I agree with Peacemaker. You can take note on how many players are alive, how many Traitors are alive, how many Innocents are proven, and how many Traitors spawned in. If there are 3 Proven out of 4 people then you can use common sense to figure out the only non-proven is the Traitor, unless you didn't identify all unidentified bodies.

K good too know,but it's more fun of a mod when you implument the part of elimination and thinking to the game,any chance you can chacne the rules about it a bit?

You dont arrest someone for murder because the other suspects have alibis.

 

You need actual proof, plain and simple.
