As for the build, id personally opt for a MSI 1080ti for that red and black AMD theme, or the Strix if youre going RGB.

Chamged processor to a 1700x considering you are getting an h110i v2, making it easily overclockable. Also removed one of the monitors and added a 165hz g-sync monitor, so the 60hz isnt bottlenecking your gpu. I also chamged the case to one that in my opinion looks vetter, and the reviews say the cable management is easy and great. Lastly, I changed the PSU to a 650w fully modular, because 1000w is overkill. I also removed the thermal paste because it comes pre-applied on the cpu cooler. Lastly if you wanted to save some more money, chamge the speakers. I didnt know how important they were so I left them.

i think this is better for u and it's cheaper there is no need for 4k and 1440p unless u are going to making videos ofcourse

Thanks for the help i looked over the builds and found that i prefered slav's build. I found that the liquid cooler I was using was not being made anymore so I switched it to a deepcool https://pcpartpicker.com/list/4zc3Ps
