Clown
If Somebody calls a kos on anyone are they proven because, there is a rule about t's not calling kos's and innos getting slayed if their kos's are false.
Chains
There is a small loophole that if a KOS is first called by an innocent, and "re-called" by a Traitor it is still allowed. Therefore a KOS does not technically prove you. Maybe an update to that in the rules could just make it more specific.
FoxHound
too much room for mistakes, this would end badly
Pongo
Simply calling a kos does not prove an inno as, although the rules say only inno's can call a kos (unless a T recalls as Chains said), doesn't necessarily mean that person is following the rules. If you trust/believe they are following the rules - in your mind you can disregard them as a T for your own purposes, but for the process of elimination this can't be used as a method of proving them.
