Per Icon - For future reference please post screenshots, I am not about to go through someone's chat every time to find what they did wrong. Next time you or anyone else posts a link to their chat in place of a screenshot the ban will be disapproved. Ain't nobody got time for that.
 

So how do you post a screenshot of someone's chat logs so Icon doesn't auto-disprove a ban?

1st off you are going to need a tool capable of taking screenshots.  That tool could be 'Snipping' tool, Gyazo, Shadowplay, or whatever works for you.

Each tool has a different method of use but for people using Windows snipping tool should already be installed and may already be pinned to your task bar. Simply look for the  or use the search bar that appears when hitting the Windows key.

Step 2. Finding a person's chat logs.  CS:GO, CS:S, and TF2 all have their chat logs on GameMe located here at https://hellsgamers.gameme.com/ and once you are there you can click the server you want to check.

After clicking the server you wish to check simply find the 'Chat' option under the 'Sections' area. Chat should be located right above the TS3 address unless your monitor is only 5 inches wide.

From there you see the whole Chat History of that server and a white box for you to type in custom letters to filter for.

In this example image we can clearly see who said what and a yellow ! next to Cortex's name but that is currently irrelevant.

Alternatively you can search for players instead by clicking the 'players' option or clicking a players name as it appears next to their logged message.

From this example image we can see that at the time this screenshot was taken Bert has 45 days and 13:48 hours on JB with a .84 K/D.  By using that search bar or clicking on a user's name that will take you to their GameMe profile.

By clicking a user's name like HG | Ican we get their GameMe Profile which looks like this.

Over to the left right below the Statics Summary is a button option to check Chat logs. After clicking that you now can see that person's chat logs and can use your eyes or word searching functions to find whatever you are looking for.  Once you find what you are looking for simply bring up your screen capturing tool and capture it.

Once you have what you want captured and saved somewhere there are multiple ways to upload it as proof for the ban report.  You can upload the image to Gyazo or Imgur (as example places) and post the link in the ban report or actually use the HG uploader as long as it feels like working.  Here is an example of uploading proof to HG uploader.

Simply click and drag the image to the 'Drag files here' box and wait for the bar to turn green.  Don't forget to select the category and ban type but it is okay if you mess it up or forget to as Staff+ can adjust it.

If there are any questions related to GameMe and uploading proof then feel free to post below.  Accessing GameMe as a guest won't allow you to see far back in the chat logs so if you see something but miss it in-game try to grab it as quick as possible.
