[investigating] ****ATTENTION JAILBREAKERS: WEEKLY MEETINGS**** CHANGED TO EVERY SUNDAY -- SAME TIME

Hello everyone...

 

Recently, our member population on JailBreak has changed for the worse, and It has transformed from people trying to have fun, into Spammers, Freekillers, Gunplanters, douchebags, etc.

 

I have come up with an idea, which with the help of Slazenger, and everyone else who decides to accept, will hopefully make Jailbreak a better server, increase its population, and at least try to eliminate it's atrocious reputation.

 

All Jailbreak players are welcome for now, especially ones who know the motd, admins, and who connect every day.

 

Those chosen, will be encouraged to log onto our Ventrilo server, to a channel designated specifically for this event, to discuss and brainstorm ideas on how to improve Jailbreak's Status.

 

This is a work in progress, please check back here often for updates and how we are going to go about performing this.

 

Thank you all and lets hope we can improve Jailbreak!

 

We will try as hard as we can to make sure every one of these meetings are recorded.

Edit by Slazenger: Meeting will be in Slaz's Sleazy Strip Club every Sunday at 3pm Eastern, 8pm GMT, Noon Pacific, 1pm Mountain, 2pm Central. First meeting is this Sunday. Come with questions, suggestions, etc. This weekly meeting will be the driving force of where JB goes and what happens. We will also discuss proper admining techniques during the first couple meetings. Please help out and come, so mark your calendars!

Have a random day be enforced automatically from the server, such as a wheel - a message would spam each round start a dif day.

 

(alternative could me a base for a complete new map)

Problem with Ct's only dropping guns during first 30sec is 300 Days. Although that can be resolved by limiting them only to Knife area where it steals the guns from players, but....ya.

I like JJK's idea, but what about the first few days after implementation where nobody has the X hours/rounds required to be a CT? The only people on CT would be an admin or two who switched themselves over so that people could play.

I'll leave all my ideas and suggestions until then.

 

We need to let the Admins who are not regulars on the forums know about these meetings.

So I'll try to mention it to them when I am in the server.
