I know it's generally that Advisors are first response, followed by Managers, then by DLs, and so on, but I was also told once or twice that this is only for certain cases. Are ALL division matters (i.e. Abuse Reports, Ban Reports, Unban Requests, T-List Reports, etc.) within this hierarchy or do some go straight to DLs without the input of Advisors? The DA's can handle some of the work that Council has no time to do since they are usually very busy. Everyone's role was made for a certain reason and in the grand scheme of things it keeps the system of HG moving smoothly. At least that's what I assume.
