HG: Hierarchy Gaming?

I was hoping someone in DL+ could explain the hierarchy system in more specifics for me. I know it's generally that Advisors are first response, followed by Managers, then by DLs, and so on, but I was also told once or twice that this is only for certain cases. Are ALL division matters (i.e. Abuse Reports, Ban Reports, Unban Requests, T-List Reports, etc.) within this hierarchy or do some go straight to DLs without the input of Advisors?

Ignore anything you've heard and just go straight to council(Monkey)!

And that's how you get an infraction ^^

No, you should always seek a DA first, if none are around at the time you may look for a DM, then DL etc.

Also we just finished a new leadership page for which members can find who are the right people to contact.

Monkey did a good job on this... I likey.

Really clears things up for me. It will be good for certain people to that don't want to have to deal with every little problem.

The chain of command is setup in a way that it makes everyone job easier. The DA's can handle some of the work that Council has no time to do since they are usually very busy. Everyone's role was made for a certain reason and in the grand scheme of things it keeps the system of HG moving smoothly.

At least that's what I assume.
