I dont know what I would do if I was lead and someone typed that they were deaf. Although this may never happen, I was wondering what other people might do in that situation. I play without sound often. All I do is just follow what everyone else is doing. If they can't do that, then they'll just die. If they're deaf then they probably shouldn't be playing a server that you need to hear to be able to follow directions. Wingless Posted September 1, 2011 Share Posted September 1, 2011 I remember a thread back when the ban section didn't make me want to drive to the OP's home and burn it to the ground, and it was pretty much a guy claiming to be deaf that didn't like that commands were given over the mic. He said that we HAVE to provide accommodations and he'd be complaining to the ADA, plus a bunch of other dickbaggish shit. He was subsequently banned from the server and forums. It pretty much boiled down to the fact that this is the internet, and he'd have to wing it if he wanted to play a game that we were running, and he'd have to follow rules like everyone else. *shrug* Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
